Wonderfully airy and extremely tasty chocolate mousse.
Simply mix with cold milk and beat mechanically until smooth.
Then refrigerate for a few hours and you're done!
• 1 kg mixture + 1.3 L milk = approximately 5 L chocolate mousse
• Beat for 6 minutes until firm
• If necessary, divide into piping bags and/or small glasses before letting them sit!
• Let the mousse rest in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours
• Chocolate mousse can be placed in the freezer after preparation
• Long shelf life
Ingredients : Sugar, glucose, vegetable oil, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifiers: E471, E472a, E472e, milk protein thickener: E460, cocoa powder
