A delicious product to finish your creations with a surprising pinch of color and aroma. Lemon Callets made with Belgian white chocolate from Callebaut, combine a creamy and caramelly sweet taste with the bittersweet taste of lemon.
Thanks to their standard fluidity, you can use the Lemon Callets for the same applications as our traditional chocolates. You can use them to add color details to hollow figures and pralines or to make small colored decorations for cakes and desserts. And they are fantastic for flavoring creams, mousses and the insides of pastries with a refreshing twist. Melting, tempering and cooling is done in the same way as our classic white chocolate.
