Brusselse wafelmix

Ready made, with all the ingredients for perfect Brussels waffles in our waffle mix. Very easy to prepare by just adding water. Light, airy and crispy on the outside, still a little creamy on the inside. Is baked golden yellow.

Mixing ratio: 1kg Brussels waffle mix + 1.50 liters of water

Mixing: beat by machine for at least 4-6 minutes on high gear.

Preparation: +/- 3.5 min baking at 220°C

Waffles per kilo: Approx. 20/ 22 Brussels waffles.

The Brussels waffle mix is also suitable for use in the churros waffle iron for delicious crispy churros waffles.

Storage advice and shelf life

Store cool between 5 and 25 °C, dry and off the ground. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Stores at least up to 1 year from date of manufacture if not mixed with other substances and sealed in its original packaging
