The easiest way to make delicious crème brûlée. This mix is ready in just 30 seconds. Put it afterwards during 2 hours in the refrigerator. The preparation is done with cold water and cold cream. Nothing needs to be heated or cooked.
1 kg mix + 2 L water + 2 L cream = 4 L crème brulée
Mix crème brûlée mix + water manually 15 sec
Then add cream and mix gently for 30 seconds
Just mix gently for 30 seconds and refrigerate for 2 hours
Do not reheat or cook. Prepare cold
After preparation, divide the liquid into jars
Ingredients: sugar, skimmed milk powder (lactose), glucose syrup, vegetable oil palm, gelling agents: E401, E516, milk protein E450iii TetraSodiumpyrophosphate, E339ii Disodiumphosphate, stabilizer E331, color E160a, antioxidant E340, vanilin, dextrose, E450iii stabilizer, anti-caking agent E551
Allergens: May contain traces of nuts, egg, wheat flour, gluten
Storage advice and shelf life: Store in a cool place between 5 and 25°C, in a dry place above the ground. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Shelf life is at least 1 year from date of manufacture if not mixed with other substances and sealed in original packaging
